The Fishery at Wildtype

So this place hosted a popup of their new lab grown salmon... I was intrigued. I've never really thought it through bc i felt lab grown meat was always a decision for future me to make. My current stance on it is that its not necessary for me but I'm down to give it a try. I went and grabbed 2, one for prerak and one for me. I got home and just stared at it for a while.. it was too real. I started nibbling at it and it was unlike anything i've ever tasted in my life. I was ready for it to blow my mind and unfortunately (or fortunately) it didn't. I took a few real bites and it was weird tbh. I took most of it off and gave it to prerak. I wasn't impressed. I think i'd love to try lab grown chicken and beef but thats it. Good experiment
